First Lady Francine Carter
Francine Carter is a wife, mother, and grandmother. She is very family oriented and she cherishes her time spent with her family. Sister Carter really loves the LORD and cherishes her personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She enjoys being a part of the church music ministry, she takes a lot of pride in singing with and directing the choir. Sister Carter has a passion for single mothers and sees a need of compassion for them. She likes to give guidance and support to them as they are finding their way. Sister Carter has a variety of interests, they include attending Broadway shows, the Ballet and Fashion shows. She also enjoys nature and the outdoors (camping is a favorite pastime).
